The winner of Dancing with the Stars is J.R. Martinez!
The 28-year-old veteran and actor beat out Rob Kardashian and Ricki Lake for the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy on Tuesday’s finale. J.R. Martinez said. "Thank you, America, for believing in us!" For J.R. Martinez’s partner, Karina Smirnoff, the Mirror Ball Trophy was the first she’d won in her 10 seasons with the Dancing with the Stars show.

Mel B hosts Dance Your Ass Off
Former Spice Girl Mel B has begun hosting the new series of Dance Your Ass Off.
The show pits 12 overweight contestants against each other as they try to shake the pounds off on the dancefloor. One dancer is booted off at the end of each show for failing to shed enough weight.
Being in the Spice Girls, we did choreography that was quite basic and simple in the early days and as time went on it got more complex for us, Mel, 35, said. We embraced the choreography we got given and made it our own, and that’s exactly what the dancers are doing on the show.
Even though they may not be at their ideal weight, they are losing 10lbs to 15lbs a week and they are getting stronger and stronger, so their routines are getting much harder and complex.
